Wish it was at the Orleans Arena again. Last year's FabFest was surprisingly good with the progressive lighting experience (ie. the ilghting at the start of the night is almost nonexisten, and then as time goes by they start turning on more lights to be a part of the production, add lazers, and others lights. :P) It was very nice!!!

This year's relocation keeps it from being real special...sounds like just a bigger club night!!!

I love when people talk just for he sake of talking with out knowing any hard facts.

Well, let me restate what I was saying...

It keeps it from being a unique EDM event in Vegas, like last year's. A large arena, 18+ (or maybe it was All Ages, I forget), etc. I'm not a hgue fan of 18+ or All Ages events, but thought last year's crowd was more respectful than the Cali massives...and plus, I am thinking more for the scene and though an event like that was good for Vegas.

There are all kinds of EDM events at the Palms. Including The Love Festival, thrown by the same three partners, which had the same setup (party wise) as it looks Fabulous Fest will. Day/Night Pool Parties, and the party at Rain. The unique aspects Fabulous Fest had last year are lost...it's all I was trying to say.

That's not to say it won't be special. I am sure that it'll be great fun. I just used a bad choice of words before. My apologies. I just thought that for a first try, the gamble to throw a big event like that in Vegas at the Orleans Arena (I know tiesto has played there, but that's Tiesto and it was NYE) did well and was something great to build upon...A huge arena event like that in Vegas of all cities is def something that people from all over would travel in for...

Just my opinion. I'd be there in a heartbeat this year if I could make it.

Coolio.

The more I think about it, the more I wanna try to make a trip to Vegas happen that weekend. A few (old :p) hotels on the strip are dirt cheap still. Just have to hope they still are in a few weeks, but I doubt they will be. If so, might be a chance!

Dave has a point though. Would have been bad ass to have this be somewhere else - because all of the great events at the palms going on throughout the year - having it somewhere else would have really made it be different. But still a great time!
