i don't think i need glasses though.. i mean, when im out im perfectly fine (driving, etc).
it's just when i read things online/book. now that i made the font bigger online i feel my eyes are less uncomfortable, which was my objective.. |

I don't have short/long sighted problems, but I have noticed in the past two years that after 10+ hours a day of computer usage, my eyes are constantly strained. When I go on holiday (last time was January 2008), I come back and am amazed at how much better my eyes are.
I'm going to get some glasses made specifically for computer usage.
Also - check the location of lights around you. Overhead lighting is awful. At home I have lights off and a small lamp to the side of the screen. My eyes last a lot longer there than at work, where we have powerful lights overhead and there is excessive glare. |

Near-sightedness and long-sightedness are not the only problems you could have, you know? Really, do see a doctor, it's no big deal :conf: |
