srsly, you need an eye exam. youre probably presbiopic (far-sighted) and need correction for focusing on anything within arms length. it's normal, lots of young people get it not a big deal.
if you don't want or cant get an eye exam, go to a drug store and try on some reading glasses. start with the lowest power first i.e. +0.50 and they go up in power, (usually by .50 diopter at a time like the next power from +0.50 would be +1.00, +1.50, +2.00 ect.) and see (literally) if things are clearer.
of course your eyes will feel weird at first trying them on but thats because the glasses are forcing your eye muscles to do things they can't normally do in people that have normal vision.
