I was thinking about the rocket scientist market. I'v heard NASA is hiring some engineers and I'v watched the entire COSMOS series by Carl Sagan. Anyone know how to get into NASA?

Most of the northern America's is a sluggish area for real estate, overbuilding, low supply as opposed to here where there is undersupply and no building. Take an adult ed course in property management, there is generally a lot of legalities which you have to be more than passingly familiar with to set it up on your own.
