has anyone figured out how to hax the scrobbler so it scrobbles after a set time instead of percentage?
a lot of the tracks i listen to, i only listen for a couple minutes which is usually under the 50% minimum you can set in the program. |

hehe, jeez that pictures a bit old. My top artists is also a bit stereotypical, oh well. Like SYSTEM-J, I don't have my mp3 player scrobbled, and that honestly comprises probably 50% or more of my daily listening. |

If you don't have a last.fm but want to take advantage of the scrobbler, these guys made a pretty awesome tool.
It's a little heavy on browser usage for java, so I open it in chrome. You just put in an artist, and a web graph opens up with all the other artists that are related to them through the scrobbler database.

I quite like Last.fm. The musical aspect of MySpace, the social networking of Facebook, and none of the stupid of both.
My list isn't terribly full at the moment. I've only started playing music from this computer in the last few months. |

As a promotional venue its pretty sweet as well. They offer free, direct downloads and streaming and rotation on their radio stations.
Creating and managing your whole artist or labels promotions on the site with a nice interface. Its pretty awesome. |
