| I'd probably want a traditional looking house, in the style of a converted farm house or country home. Interior wise a lot of wood and understated colours. I prefer stuff that has enduring class rather than things that look trendy but will look badly dated in a decade's time. |

Sing it!
Some boys kiss me, some boys hug me
I think they're okay
If they dont give me proper credit
I just walk away
They can beg and they can plead
But they cant see the light, that's right
'cause the boy with the cold hard cash
Is always Mister Right, cause we are
Living in a material world
And I am a material girl
You know that we are living in a material world
And I am a material girl

Maybe it's because I've lived in the same house all my life (apart from a year in a terrible rented house), but I like the idea of a home as a stable thing in your life. For me, a house is more like a home when it's the location of your memories as well as your current life.
It's the same with a garden. I'd want a garden full of big trees that don't really change very much. |

Ha, funny, I always wanted a place with one room that was entirely empty, with a big window at one end. Sometimes when I look at a new apartment, I find myself disappointed at the thought that these nice, spacious empty rooms will soon be cramped up with stuff. |
you know. that would be an awesome room. one room. 3 white walls. 1 side all window facing the ocean. and there's nothing inside except a 6X6 white mat. it would be a meditation room for me. |

Gimme a rape closet in a basement. My only decorations will be cold concrete and the water stains in the corner.

funny it's the total opposite for me. i didn't have stability in that sense growing up. moved a lot..spent 2 years in japan in high school and then back to florida my senior year. i was all over the place. remodelling is exciting for me. i definitely dont see myself in the same white picket fence house for 20 years with the same furniture, that's for sure. but i don't necessarily think that's a bad thing. everyone's different. |

word. I've moved around a lot because of school and then work... moved to NC for college, back to Florida for grad school, back to NC for 1 year afterwards to train for work, back down to Orlando for about 5 years, and now Charlotte. Now, I want to move back to FL, but I want it to be my last move for a long time. |
