it's actually really great for following comedians because they regularly post funny stuff! and it's good to follow musicians and record labels because they sometimes post interesting things about music they are working on |

i completely agree. this whole era of electronics/communication is really getting out of hand.
twitter is basically for people who want to feel important as far as i'm concerned. it's an audience for them. at least on TA, there is a topic posted and everyone is sharing views, fighting, etc.. lol but for someone to just be walking in the mall and see a shirt on sale and be like, "OMG! I'm twittering this right now". it's like their very own reality tv show. NO ONE ING CARES.
i feel the same way about people who constantly have a "status" on their facebook. i mean some of the ones i read are funny or interesting, but i also have a lot of ppl on my facebook who are like, "going to the gym" ------> "just got back from the gym! about to eat dinner" ---------> "ooh! my favorite tv show is on. yay" -------> "omg my dog just peed on the floor".

I use it as my "bookmark of ideas", so to speak, and I intend to post updates of my websites as soon as I stop procrastinating and actually work on them :p
Oh, and I like to follow my friends because it helps me stalk connect with some of my friends that I'm too busy to hang out with, but that I care for nonetheless. |
