I'm pleasantly plump :toothless
Trying to lose some weight though. Last year my work did a 'biggest loser' contest, and the winner (me! zomg) got $400. Since the prize was a big incentive to lose weight, I tried way too hard and lost almost 13% of my body weight in 1 month, which was a bad idea. I'm going back to a better diet and doing some cardio here and there, but trying not burning myself out again. |

I'm around 6' 3" and 220. I'm not super-flabby by any means, but I'm softer than I'd like, so I'm trying to cut down a bit by doing some intense cardio.
