I would have to say I am thin but still have a little body fat - not a lot though on my stomach, chest, and ass. So I have a tinsy life jacket, but my bones are visible more or less. I'd say I'm flabby, but not fat. I was a fat kid growing up - leading to what I would consider obesity until I was about 17.
The following shots are NOT pretty - do not try to alter them to get a better veiw of my nads, as I am very flacid and retracted somewhat while these were taken should they actually show up (I don't see anything but I'm saying ahead of time... don't view these pictures below if you can be offended by someone showing their body makeup. My body is sorta not worked I really should work off my flab but it just wont go away I think I'd need lipo and tucking to really get rid of it.
