your on the right path just cook it on low heat for long as poss bang some wine or vinegar in their to you want that to reduce down to almost nothing. |

Ya, i rocked out the Suanson beef broth.... i use the chicken broth all the time for rice...
hopefully it turns out guuuuuuuud. Peas and green beans would of been a nice touch, didnt think of that. |

Usually the fat/drippings are enough. I mean I'm sure there's nothing wrong with adding liquid, it's jut not the way I've ever done it.
