I hear Camden, NJ is pretty dangerous. In 2004, it was rated most dangerous. For example, when Campbell Soup, who is HQed there, threw a party. In their email, they wrote in bold letters they can only guarantee guests' safety until 11pm because their hired security left. LOL!

According Forbes, in 2008, Miami was the 3rd most dangerous city. Detriot was first and Memphis, TN 2nd.

damn really? i didn't realize miami was THAT bad. i mean i know we have liberty city but i would think NYC or some parts of L.A. would be worse.

it was mother ing good..... too much onnions and garlic and thyme though.... not enough tomatoes, potatoes and meat tbh.... but it was my first attempt, cant expect to be fire,l

If you're doing it without a slow cooker, double layer the foil.
Get about 2-3kg joint of beef or whole rump
Bay leaves
About 3 tablespoons of rosemary
3 large brown onions quartered
Splash of extra virgin olive oil
Half a bottle of red
8-10 peeled cloves of garlic, punch half a dozen or so into the meat
Drink the other half the bottle of red and just leave it there for 5hrs in the oven or if you've got a slow cooker for about 6-7, the strength of the garlic wont be so pungent, it'll just add a bit of warmth to it. Serve it over thick bread or a potato mash.
