that is just an artists rendering of what he THINKS it will look like

not what it actually DOES look like

p.s: check out the eddie halliwell clip for DAWN OF A NEW SPECIES on djsounds.com

you can see the player in the bottom left screen at one point during the video... it's black with a blue jog dial light

...or you could go straight to the source for the countdown: http://pioneerprodj.com/index2.asp

This is the first that I recall an actual countdown on the pioneer website. I hope they don't hype it too much and then under-deliver.

Who are you little man?

This wont kill Traktor. It's going to be a system that will probably cost in excess of $3600 dollars. The looping functions and ability to mix on 2/3/4 decks in traktor wont be replaced by this either.

You really don't know what you're on about.

LIKE OMG ROFL LOL!! :) :D :tongue3 :p

so just an over priced version of a dvs.

LOL, not really. They are different products.

This is for: CD DJ's who don't want to use a laptop in the DJ booth.

Also remember these are likely going to be MIDI/HID controllers as well, so everyone can benefit from them.

I just hope they aren't astronomically pricey.

You misinterpreted my post. I was saying I AM ditching traktor. Cdjs are way more fun to play on and the only reason I switched was the waveform and ability to not have to use cds. Now that things have changed I see no reason not to switch back and enjoy the additional fun of playing on cdjs again.

too little too late IMO, most clubs are not going to plunk down the change for this.
