Don't know about Polaks, but Russians are known to make a lot of noise around Russian language and schools being "discriminated" in Easern Europe and frequently try to expand their influence as much as possible. Local folks just roll their eyes. |

It is ing rude and annoying when foreigners speak loudly amongst eachother in public - especially in small places indoors, in close proximity to eachother. |

I have the respect to keep my voice down when out with my sister or mother or cousins or whatever member of my family with whom I speak Polish.
Loud people are annoying in general. Loud people yelling in canto, arabic, farsi, romanian, lalalala, etc. are doubly annoying. |
