losing weight is easy. cut out the carbs and fatty foods. next, do cardio.. lots of cardio. It's hard at first as you'll have no stamina and it's boring as .. but it'll start getting easier pretty quickly.

if all else fails, try clenbuterol

I'm the same. We have this incredible amenities center in my building and I hardly go do cardio let alone lift weights. I haven't the smallest clue as to what I'm doing...

If I could only find a workout partner...

200 a session... I'd rather not...

ok so this dude is $65/hour :) but he only works in Burlighton/Hamilton areas

wrong about the cardio, lifting weights is essential first; then, you incorporate the cardio, you can lose weight but if you have no muscle and just pure fat left there is no purpose in losing it then

Agreed - I self motivate in every other area of my life - this is one where I get complacent if left to my own devices.
Whereabouts do you live Cam?

I know a few people (guys and girls) who went to see Mark Wingson. I believe he works at the Goodlife at Eaton Centre. Apparently he's good at what he does. I can try and get some more information for you??

*edit* Mark is no longer at Goodlife but if you are interested let me know I can get his contact for you

I have been doing Survivor Boot camp for the past two weeks in Sauga and I love it. It's early in the morning 6am-7am 5 days a week for 4 weeks BUT holy crap it's amazing! I love it, check it out if you want..

A good diet (eating every 2-3 hours) with a few carbs and lotsa protein, No sugar just fruits, cardio and some muscle training is all you need for a well balanced lifestyle...healthy choices :)
