Need some help. Anyone got a TI-82 or TI-83 calculator?

I need one for this stupid online math class I have to take and don't want to pay $50 to $100 for one. I figure someone might have one laying around that I can buy for cheap or just even want to lend me for a few months? I'll be in LA this next week or I'll pay for the shipping. Just thought I'd ask. Had a TI-something 10 to 12 years ago. Got to retake some to transfer for my new major. Can't believe these damn things still cost so much. And true...got a Mac but just got a PC for school. I'll download it to the PC tomorrow. This is why I come to my TA peeps. They can help with anything. Thanks man. Only prob is I have to go to a computer lab for the mid and finals. But I guess I can just buy one before each test and return it right after. Like a 72' flat screen for the Superbowl :)

| You can get one on ebay (with shipping) for about $20. I'm sure CL has them on the cheap too. |

I have an 83 i think in my drawer.. i think my sister lost my ti-86, and gave me this one...

I pretty much have all the TI's since i am a math major.
I might have a spare ti-86 in a 83 casing, since the 86's aren't allowed in some tests. If i can find it just pay for shipping. |

You swapped out the case so you can use it on a test? :P
That's pretty l33t. When I was in high school 10 years ago, they used to erase your calculator for the SATs and some math classes at UCSD

| I remember snake. Before the days of cellphone games. So yeah....gotta be an 83 or 84, not an 82. Can't use anything higher for the exams. Thanks for the help. Hope fully I can find one on Craig's list. Still trying to get that emulator working. So many things to download to get it to work and I keep getting Norton warnings. Damn PC's. Well, if anyone does find one they're willing to part with, hit me up and bring it to King King next Friday :D |
