The only problem I have with that is Kurt's hair it looks so clean it was probably the first time he had washed it in months.

To be fair, he had an undiagnosed stomach condition which caused him to be in agonizing pain pretty much 24/7, which he treated with a pretty heavy heroin habit. Also he even noted in his suicide letter that part of the reason he didn't want to live was that people loved him so much, but he wasn't ever able to embrace their love when he performed. He compared it to how Freddie Mercury seemed to revel in that love, but he just couldn't do it.
