after a full listen, i am just not feeling it. It isn't that it is , it just isn't anything that special imo.

well quality is going to suffer a bit with 12 tracks plus however many bonus songs. why not release 5 or 6 of the best tracks and leave the others as rough drafts or ideas for future releases. that's my 2 cents

i was thinking the same thing. There are some good tracks brought down by some that are not really up to snuff or that different than each other. I'm not trying to bash this release at all, as it has some merit, but people are throwing around terms like "genre defining" and "album of the year", and to be honest i just do not see that.

This could have been an very good 3 track EP at most. I still like Jamie Jones and have a lot of his stuff. Maybe next time.

5-6 tracks isn't an album.

we're going to have to agree to disagree about the quality of whats on offer here. i believe it is groundbreaking music that people will be catching up to over the next few years. you can't point me to a superior electronic album in the last few years. it is a cohesive work that works in many contexts. the standout tracks are some of the best songs ever made.

there is no planet on which this album isn't outstanding. listen to it, the whole thing, all the songs, not the samples.
