The most annoying thing from him ( AND I HATE IT ) is that he stops the tracks at least 20 times to do the jesus pose. I'm in the crowed, hands in the air, eyes closed, trying to get into the vibe of the music ( story mode ) and boom no more sound. That's a ing downer...aspecially when it's done more then 15 times in a 4 hour set ( talking about the previous BeB).
The only thing that can save Montreal's image, aspecially in the trance scene is to bring new BLOOD. A proper 5 hour Ferry Corsten set would be soooooooooooooooo amazing.

That is why armins set was crap. It stopped every minute literally... And for there being a problem with the sound until 1 aparently sasha & digweed at the forum had the same thing so for them to say they didn't know is complete Bs!

I think that a bad miscommunication happened between either Forum Pepsi team and Playground productions or between Playground productions and the general public. The fact that we had to go in Tonic Nightclub and that the sound volume had to be almost mute before 1h AM should have been disclose to the public before selling tickets. It does not make sense to rent a place between 10h30 PM till 9h AM, but only able to use it the way you tought after 1h AM.

Bad communication! Yeah right... They knew ahead of time. Come on it happened at sasha and diggers..they just knew it would affect ticket sales. Poor danny t i really was excited to hear him to start. I wonder when he will be spinning at stereo again since it re opened.

Problem with Stereo is that you'll never know who'll be playing !

Hi guys,

just wanted to apologize on my behalf about the sound nonesense that went on during my set. Through no fault of my own, I was asked to keep the sound down to a barely audible level because of the movies at the cinema. Needless to say, I was FURIOUS but as a professional I am paid to handle these types of situation as best as possible.

What got me really going was that I was told prior to my set that I would have to play at a low level until about 12:10 which was acceptable. Just when I started to raise the levels and the crowd roared, the PEPSI people sternly told me that it was now until 12:40. It's at this point that I asked the organizers to announce to the crowd what was going on because there seemed to be a lot of confusion on the dancefloor, and understandably so. I was just hoping everybody heard. Trust me there was nothing I wanted to do more than blast the volume and rock it for you guys from start to finish.

Considering everything they went through, I thought the crowd was great in my abbreviated set! Thank you for that.

I am done with PEPSI, it's all about Coca Cola now!

just kidding,
:)

Hi all

Dear Danny Torrence,

Hope all is well...

I am probably more touched then I should be regarding your deception.

How's a DJ to feel if he can't play for his crowd?

Although I agree that the idea of lowering the volume for people who paid 10$ in a party full of people who paid 120$ is entirely justified,
I'd like to understand what the problem was with the volume knob.

Did it not go up ?

Was it too heavy?

Friction?

Oh I know... the Pepsi officials restricted access to it right ?

Well, anyways, I enjoyed your set, it was very nice. The music was good too.

Eagerly awaiting your response!

That's it for now.

I guess I'm gonna wrap it up.

Then I might take a bite.

Thanks !

No problem.

Okay

Truly yours

Yours truly

Pat it

PS: I didn't get the "it's all about Coca Cola now!" joke. Do explain, Dr Eggman

that is exactly what happened! I was in the booth next to Danny when he pumped the volume... not 30 seconds after, one of the swinging dicks from pepsi forum staff came and asked Danny to bring it way down.

Sucks for you Danny. You deserve better than that!

Danny played the set of the night if you listened to it musically. When are you going to be at stereo again. Hopefully soon.
