I finally got a chance card. It popped up as soon as built a house.
It looks like the chance card will pop-up after you do an action (buy/sell/build). Upfortunately i wasn't able to destroy the hazard, but built a bonus stadium.
EDIT: I just got a second chance card after building housing.
I placed a school I got on a road that had a hazard, and it negated the effect of the hazard so I can now get rent on there.

Ok so I don't have anything sabotaged and I STILL managed to lose money...
WTF!!!
When I signed up, I was up 1.2 mill in 2 hrs...
Now overnight and all day today, I lose 300000...
How do you build anyway??? |

Click on the street that you want to build on and a info card should pop up. There is a tab called build property, and then from there you click on the property you want to build. |

Yes.
That's the answer to everyone's question about whether or not we are going to restart the game. Once we are comfortable with how the game is performing we will reset the game.
We are expecting that it will be in the middle of next week. We will give everyone at least 24 hours notice before we make the switch. Stay tuned for more details.

Yah and this Uilling guy has only 16 streets, one of which is worth a million, and most of them are sabotaged and earning no rent...

Found an easy way to cheat. Just create another profile and get them to buy your properties at 1.5x the price you paid.
Just go to some random small town, by a street for 500,000 and get your other player to buy it for 750,000 (1.5x is the max you can bid). You make 250,000 instantly. They start of with $3 million so just create a few accounts and you can be rich pretty quickly!

LMAO 2 people just removed 2 of my bonus buildings, i just put 2 hazards on one, and another on the other. muahahah and abused the chance cards i took out one of the hazards placed on me and put one more bonus back on burnhamthorpe ...however that was probally a waste of money ....to go through all of that to get chance cards oh well
