you should have been there for rauhofer yesterday... |
So I read an other threads, I wish I could have been there, I haven't seen Rauhofer since BnB last year. I will be in MTL next weekend, pondering going to Stereo on Saturday after the club if I can convince any friends to come with me. |

Anyone who has ever worked with Morales will tell you it never ends on good terms. |

I'm geting the impression all the old STEREO favorites will be back , as these are the guys who built the STEREO name over the years.
But I would like to see the local favorites like Joubin and Erik El come back. |

I went to Stereo opening weekend and was absolutley blown away, however my friends and I started wondering who do you think will become a resident DJ at Stereo. I personally wouldn't be surprised if Victor Calderone becomes a resident again, however I like Victor so I wouldn't complain. |

edit - Angel Moraes depending on his restrictions to Karma & the Blended crew, but I don't think he'll let that stop him. |
this will have nothing to do with anything- just a small scheduling detail
and even then lots of djs will do a 10-3 and then play an afterhours |

| I wasn't even factoring in scheduling, I just see some DJs only working with certain clubs/promotion teams, and wondered if it'd be a factor given that I don't see Blended attached to Stereo anymore. Obviously Angel's back in at Stereo at some capacity (although I haven't heard to what extent yet) so this would trump any ties he has to any other group. Personally, I'm really glad to see him back there. While I'm on and off with his lining up empty bottles of Cuervo on the spinning turntables, his tuning of the stacks was the sweetest they ever sounded imo. I remember being able to comfortably have a conversation in front of the berthas when they were pumping at near full blast, and absolutely no ringing in the ears when I stepped out onto the street after 12 hours. Only place I can say that about. |

No Awful Nissim please.....please have mercy on us !!
Would be nice if we could have Satoshi Tomiie come back for his bi-monthly residency. It's been a few years. Same goes for Sander Kleinenberg, although I'm not too sure about his sound as of late.
Lawler says on his recent E-mix he has a residency in Mtl (Tribe I take it), I'm sure he can change it to ((())). Saw him at the temple in early July 2005 and they are totally made for each other. Utter dark sleazy mayhem. |
