so sad to hear this bit of news. swayze was also a nice guy & regular joe. 2 of his movies (point break & roadhouse) are on my top 10 list of fav classic action movies ever, so I'm particularly saddened to have lost one of my action hero idols. and I also liked ghost..

i've always liked him as an actor...pancreatic cancer is terminal and he faced it with such realism etc. and without denial...kept on working and living his life up till the end. Much respect. RIP.

Very, very sad. Roadhouse is my very favorite bad/good movie of all time. But Patrick in To Wong Foo is also a spectacular performance.
