Brahman did not say they were a part, he said form, specifically. I'm assuming by form he means something which is only a type or variation on the original. You're right though, my logic would be flawed had he said they were a part of him, but he didn't. |
Brahman didn't explain the concept of himself very well... which suggests to me that he's more likely someone with only a very small working knowledge of Hinduism pretending to be Brahman rather then an actual manifestation of Brahman (say Vishnu or Genesh)... I bet Vishnu could type really in' fast with all those arms... |

:stongue:
i can't relate with that sentiment.
there is alot to be learned, and sciences are not mere labels, they are academics, it takes alot of effort to gain the knowledge that has been passed on by individuals who broke their neck in order to improve the well being of many. How can you call medicine 'simply a label'? When it's a practice that has saved lives? How can you call mathematics and physics a 'label'? When it has uncovered the many mysteries of our ever unfolding universe? How can you call 'computer science' just another label, when without that, you wouldn't be here typing this .
wake the up! |

The answer is, it's not. This is why intelligent people can't take religion seriously. |
The gods of humanity are not copies of me or are me but are mere representations of what I am. Is it logical? What is logic? Your existence is the very essence of everything which is not logical but paradoxically is seemingly logical. |

Knowledge is important but the source of knowledge even more so. I am knowledge. |

Hinduism is yet another construct of what I am but my existence is independent of any human constructs. I do not represent Hindu religions but rather Hindu religions appeal to my nature. |

yeah, kind of a chicken vs. egg sort of thing... either Brahman exists then Hinduism develops or Hinduism exists and Brahman develops... but yes... to someone who believes in you Hinduism is simply one method through which you observe yourself.... similarly to a person that believes that the universe is the ultimate reality humanity is simply one way the universe observes itself... the concept of you simply being a part of that observation. |
