Wtf does that have to do with the price of rice in china? There are many amazing; even legendary productions that have been made on ableton et all and likewise for trakcs made with vsts.

It's not the means that accomplish the product lololol

Pull your head out...

And why would'nt I share my success with a forum i've been a part of? I should have waited till you magically found my music on your own? Especially after folks asking me "I wanna hear your music", well now you can, so i'm sharing my story.

And where is your evidence to support your claims? I mean if it was worth pointing, there must be a ton of it.

I didn't say there was anything wrong with sharing your success. I even said I was going to give you a congrats; a first release is a big accomplishment especially after you said you've been at it for years.

What I did say is that you have no right to make a comment like you did to MJBJ CLAIMING success off of one release. It was like you were using that release as validation for your point; which we all know is mute because a lot of gets released (not saying your productions were/are )

Evidence to support what claims in particular?

Really? Give me some examples. Trust me I would love to sell all my equipment and just use one piece of software with a few VSTs and get the same results. Please prove to me I can do this so I can maybe eat organic food for a while.

Btw I know Ableton works as a sequencer so when I say made 'with' Ableton I don't mean made 'in' Ableton.

Lol even if we gave you examples, you still wouldnt be able to. Why? because YOU don't believe that you can.

The new Union jack album was made almost entirely with VSTs:

I am with you, though. I own only one person of hardware, Moog Little Phatty, and I love the "hands on" aspect of it. I don't think I will ever give this thing up.

If I recall correctly he used Buzz for that. That's an even worse program hahaha.

armin's latest album was made almost entirely inbox with logic + plugs also, apparently.. love it or hate it, it's still a well-made album (benno de goeji knows what he's doing!!)

I have a TI, but i must say i think the only real difference is that hardware's easier... i think you can get the same quality out of vsts, it just takes more effort, while hardware usually sounds amazing 'out of the box' if you know what i mean.. :)

Only Bloodlock was made in Buzz, in collab with James Holden. The rest was Logic plus hardware synths, I am pretty sure. In the Airdrawndagger remix samples you can hear the recording noise on some of them.

I don't think Airdrawndagger was made using technology of this Earth. And if it was.. it was Earth of ancient times, perhaps a multi-dimensional crystal interface recovered from High Atlantis.

Haha, I love that album as well. That glassy string sound at the beginning of "Wavy Gravy", so beautiful and I still have no clue how to get it after exploring FM and subtractive synths for years.
