people should be allowed the choice to not suffer.
i always laugh at people that are against this, because they think it is ok to euthanize an animal in pain because it is the right thing to do....but grandma should be forced to live 3 years attached to a machine even if she does not want to be. |

| my uncle just recently died from cancer. he was in his 50s. i can't even begin to tell you how sad it was to see him almost 100 lbs thinner and completely bald and pale the last time i saw him. my dad recently told me that at one point during his chemo, he called my dad crying and telling my dad to go there and clean up the mess for after he shoots himself so my grandma wouldn't find him. he wanted to kill himself. i would have totally understood/been happy if he had. |

i'll go further and extend that people who do not have terminal illness and do not wish to be alive should have the right to die too.
i never got how the law makes people that try suicide and fail be able to get arrested for it. Great idea, let's waste tax money to try and "help" someone who doesn't want it. I say give him a gun with one bullet in it. |

If you want to die you should be able to die. It's as simple as that (though I'm sure many would say it's not). |
Indeed. I've got nothing against suicide anyway, so there's no reason why I'd be opposed to this. |

| the national socialist part condones suicide, and alas i stick to the party line. |

although what is to suffer? some people are over dramatic and think losing their job and not being able to cover their debits is suffering. a friend of mine had a friend who killed himself because he lost his job and recently got divorced. his wife found out he was cheating on her so no surprise she was gonna walk. anyway, he left a young child and his ex-wife and family to take care of all his . that imo is taking one's pity party too far. |

you don't pity yourself when you are planted in the earth.
if someone wants to die, let them die. If they are only doing it because they want attention, kill them. |

| People who REALLY want to kill themselves/die will be successful. Those people usually don't tell anyone about it or make a fuss about it. |
