| I can pretty much fall asleep anywhere under any conditions. No preferences at all to get to sleep. |

| I have never been able to fall asleep in class. I napped in History once in High School, but I had a fever of 103 and had just come from morning swim practice. I have trouble falling asleep at night, I have to have a glass of water and the ceiling fan on in order to get comfortable. :( |

| When I have to wake up really early, I always doom myself by worrying that I won't get enough sleep. I then toss and turn all night. It's like a self-fulfilling prophecy I can't stop. :( |

That's a problem for me if I have a test early the next morning or something, I can't get it out of my head! |

i know one way to make sure ull have insomnia for a week. try thinking about why you dont swallow your tongue when ur sleeping. after a while ur trying to find the best position for your tongue in your mouth to allow it relax while still lots of air must pass by. by then ur ed. after a few hours your tongue is getting tired for all the static workout it does when u think about its best position, so u can almost not speak the next day. then when going to bed the next day u can feel stiffness in your tongue and u start all over "how can i make it relax so i wont feel pain and then sleep". after a few days u would want to kill yourself. i curse the person who told me he had this problem, caus right after i went through the same, and now i hope it happens to all of you so i can get my revenge. |
That would be fine and good, if I hadn't been sleeping successfully without choking on my tongue for 26 years already. |

dude I see way to many weird fractal patterns and psychedelic dream states of colors to even know my tongue exists after a few minutes of closing my eyes.
My motto is, "May the influence of a 1000 dreams be upon you tonight."
Why worry about the physical body when you are dreaming? R we dreaming right now? is this beer in my hand? Is that air you are breathing? just let it all go; sleep is not ment to keep your mind attached to the physical world we are in; but to detach from everything that keeps you bound.
Don't curse us, just let go. |
