| my dreams are so "real" that it is hard to explain. It must be something in the pills, because even though i can't explain it in words, i never had this type of dreaming before. |

| drinking + pain killers or sleeping pills is ing stupid. you could slow your heart rate down so low you'd die if this is done habitually. |

| Jay, the vivid dreams and nightmares are probably from a very slow heart rate. When I was on beta blockers I used to get those as well, it is a pretty common side effect. |
