a popular plugin for photoshop that can do this kind of stuff is called Topaz Adjust. |

its similar to an HDR effect.
its neat but kinda gets boring when a photographer uses it for ALL their images... kinda like if someone only had a fisheye lens. thats only my opinion though. |
