51/8000 = 0.6% chance of getting it with vaccine.
74/8000 = 0.9% chance of getting it without vaccine.
So by newspapers conclussion of math 1% of the world has AIDS!! (of people between 18-30). |
Ya, if I read those numbers right, the supposed HIV vaccine actually lowers your chances of contracting AIDS by .3%
Now, if I remember High School right, you gotta multiply that by 100 to get your REAL percent! Ya, that's how that works. The the extra 1% is part of the bonus question. You figure it out, I already passed.
