| just watched last night's ep...a bit disappointed cause it's obvious that they're trying to rush the remainder of the storyline. |

I stopped watching bc it's being canned. :(
The best sci fi show ever voted on was BSG the reimagined so why the hell can't shows like that go for an 8 year run like ST: TNG?? WTF. |

chris, to answer your question, as compared to BSG, all STs (except for voyager) didnt have an overall purpose and were able to have a hundred different variables. Voyager itself had a story for a final ep but was set up for canning whenever (couldve even gone for 15 years)
BSG only had 4 seasons+miniseries stretching over 6 years but there was only so much it could be extended without having viewers lose interest. |
