that's awesome! i wish i was going to this concert (so sad they're sold out!)...haven't seen them since virgin fest... :(

lol @ portions, first of all we're doing all-you-can-eat, and second, portions are the same wherever you go! 1 order = 6 rolls, 8 for special orders, 2 for nigiri, 4 for sashimi. Quality-wise, Sushi Rock is fine, but as Bobby says, very average.
The best tests IMO are usually the [spicy] salmon sashimi and the BBQ eel. 9 out of 10 all-you-can-eat restaurants in the GTA will mess up one of those two. Once those are satisfied then it all comes down to variety (lots of places won't have butter fish, dynamite, etc.)
Of course, if you're just ordering a bunch of California rolls or sushi pizza then you can go just about anywhere. |
