I've got to say that between having so many fantastic TA people and otherwise local crew around, and having Danny T absolutely destroying the crowd for much of his set, while also playing up the crowd in such an authentic manner, it was probably the best Guv night for me in... hmmm... 3 years? Absolutely legendary for me. The fact that the complex was empty didn't mean a thing to me; the music was legit, and the people were.
Was great to meet a couple new faces - Stephan, it was great to talk to you!

I can't even begin to describe how amazing that was...
I still can't get over how awesome the flashlights were either. As they moved to the music they were like a dragon's eyes waking from slumber. And I can't get this one song out of my head...after a vocal said "ladies and gentlemen..." it just kept repeating "Yes...Yes...Yes...Yes..." It was so maddening. It felt so futuristic. He was sampling "elements"... and then later on actually played a remix of "elements"... I think he released that track back in 1998

I'll take trance and techno over house anyday. For me it's about pounding basslines that keep your feet moving. NOT flashlight shows and MC'ing DJ's who play pop mash-ups. sorry. That sounds like a ing circus, more than a DJ set.
