Ghosts are a bunch of bull. The mind can fool itself into thinking a lot of things simply because it can't find an explanation. If you hear noise come out a stereo it's fine, if you hear that same noise without knowing it's coming from a stereo, you assume it's a ghost or some other "paranormal" activity. Of course that's an extremely simple and obvious analogy but you basically understand what I mean.
If you don't know what you're hearing/seeing, you make assumptions about what you're hearing/seeing. In the end, there's likely to be an explanation for all "paranormal" activity.

ok but what about doors opening and closing by themselves after being tightly closed and locked?
and these ghost hunters have all this high tech equipment now to read energy and heat and stuff in the air and they're able to pick up voices. aren't u just a LITTLE intrigued?

trust me, i used to love those shows. the opening/closing doors can be due to several things like the angle, antiquity, if it's correctly installed, & most commonly, air flow. there air flow even if there are no windows visible..
as far as the heat/energy readings, a lot of it has to do with the fact that there is pipes of heat, water, etc, & electricity behind the walls, so a lot of the time they are just picking that up..
there was only ONE episode that i saw that i was amazed, & it was a haunted room where some lady got raped or something and died & the owner always said that the lamp moved on its own. so they set up a camera the entire night and around 4 am you see it move to the complete other side of the night stand, it had NO electric connection or wire and it was a heavy antique.. maybe im just retarded but i was sitting there like :wtf:

not really, they can dick around in a haunted house all they want, they still have never found anything convincing. All those shows end the same way: Everyone is scared but they have nothing to show but a tape recorder full of whispering noises. Maybe a video of something falling off a table (or whatever). I see no reason to take it seriously.

well it's not just those shows about ghost hunters, but the stories from people who experienced entities in their home. you really think they all made it up? they all saw stuff that wasn't there?
one couple (not relgious or anything) saw a bicycle and toys moving around on their own on the portch of their home. moving VIOLENTLY and fast. they talked about how crazy it was and how they couldn't call the police because they knew how absurd they would sound lol they actually sold their home because of the hauntings. you really think someone would go through the trouble of selling their home if serious wasn't happening there?

the guy was doing laundry one night and the door behind him kept opening and he'd go close it and it would open again immediately after he turned his back...so then of course he LOCKED it. still opened immediately after turning his back. they had a thing going on in their house with doors opening all the time even when locked and there was no evidence of the door being broken or anything...it would firmly shut whenever they closed it. that's in weird if you ask me. makes me wonder about paralel universes and like that:nervous:

yea this show ghost lab is pretty cool. they've got shadows and apparitions on video it's creepy.
and it definitely doesn't happen in every day homes, but seems to happen on properties with a lot of history obviously. like 100+ year old houses in the south from the civil war, historical places in europe, etc...
