I would gladly live in an allegedly "haunted" house for a couple weeks just to see if anything would happen. I doubt I would come out any less of a skeptic than I am now.
Slylee
i would too (gladly live in a supposed haunted house).

Posted this last week but ill repost it

Last week (sunday) at 6am me and my girlfriend got woken up by a loud noise that sounded like a book hitting the floor. I looked at where it came from and I sa this tall shadowy man standing there. I was pretty much paralysed with fear just staring at it. Lasted about 2-3 seconds though and it dissapeared. My GF turned the light on and I got up looking for something that fell, but nothing.. I hesitated to tell her that I sa something since she didn't see anything. Ended up telling her and I freaked her out because its the second time I see something in her apartment. Couldn't sleep after had to watch TV untill it was time to wake up. I checked the whole room even moved furniture for something that fell and found absolutely nothing.

After a bit of research I found out that the reason I see things when I wake up might be due to sleep paralysis. Only problem is that noise that woke me and the GF up is not explainable.

creepy. i've had intense sleep paralysis before and it's really scary. i was convinced someone was sitting on my chest sucking air out of my mouth. but after a lot of online research, i realized it's a very common story (hag phenomenon) and just shrugged it off. it was weird to read other people's stories online though that were exactly like mine.

Hallucinations right after waking are not uncommon. I once hallucinated that I woke up on the floor of my living room when I was actually in my bed. Usually such hallucinations are very short-lasting, like yours and mine.

I have also had loud unexplained noises wake me up. I just figure it is something like the AC turning on or upstairs neighbors moving around that my brain happens to interpret as "danger" sometimes.
Slylee
yea i pretty much dismiss any sort of "paranormal" activity when it happens upon waking up. i've woken up to some hallucinations in the dark before too. it's just the mind/eyes adjusting.

but i dunno about doors opening repeatedly after shutting them firmly and locking them lol that's some weird unexplainable .

I find the concept of ghosts even less plausible than a creator god.

Ghosts/Spirits/Demons

The best way to find out if these entities exist is very simple.

Go by yourself to the darkest place in the woods; and keep in mind you have to travel the deepest you can into the woods; which is only half way.

So as you get to the center of the woods; you then begin to do invocations and summoning spells. This then calls forth demonic spirits which will start to manifest physically.

PS if you do this by yourself you are insane; hahaha
