Indeed, with a little luck this thread would see the first scientific hypothesis aimed at making this Tetris-house-moving dream a reality.

But your theory is riddled with flaws. You've failed to take into account the increasing speed of the task every time ten lines are cleared. Your packing would rapidly descend into a frantic, energy-sapping rush, lest the boxes pile up to the ceiling in defiance of all known principles of gravity. On closer inspection, this is an incredibly stupid proposition and I reject it out of hand.
Oh, and if you didn't intend it to be a joke, why were you so dismayed at the thought The Simpsons got there first? Whoops...
