Any time is fine, Tues or Thurs is better since he has his thing then. I don't work a full day so the time isn't a big deal for me. If they have any happy hour, that would be a good time. |

| Sorry about that Nick, I actually didn't think I was going: I literally decided at like 10 pm that night, and rolled up to Cielo at around 1. Don't worry man you know when I make plans in advance to roll into the city I always let you know. |

ive heard rumors that it doesnt exsist - and by the looks of the promotion of this event, "labeling liebing as a schranz dj" (no longer correct-outdated info) - Im going to assume this (nyc no techno scene) is correct.

yeah I would definitely disagree. I just started really enjoying techno myself, but some of my friends have *always* liked it, and there have been no shortage of places for them to go out and enjoy their style of music! As a matter of fact, I would have to say that the scene has picked up recently! I have noticed more promoters, more venues, more successful events, more names that people want to see. Not sure where you are getting your info from?? |

Minimoo parties haven't really been happening since Minitek last year. I *think* that they lost a lot of money. They used to be word of mouth, invite only events.
You also forgot the Wolf & Lamb parties, the Resolute parties, the BLKmarket Membership parties, lots of stuff at Bar 13, Made's techno parties, among others.
The Bunker parties have been going on for probably 5 years, at least, having moved venues a few times. |
