he's a student... am i right Domesticated? I remember you mentioning this before and your family is paying like $50K for the experience. You're lucky man- sounds like a great time awaits. I thought i was well travelled but you're going to put me to shame with that 1 trip. |
:wtf:
I'd rather die that ride through life on someone else's coat tails. It's taken me 4 years to save the money for this trip. I work full-time in an office job and study full-time too. |

whoooops. sorry man, I wasn't implying that you were a coat tail rider; just thought you had a generous family. Props to you for full time work and school and savings. My sig approves. :p |

They don't have any; they're too busy spending their money on more pointless they don't need. |

ing parents  i hate the way they feel entitled to spend my inheritance on living the good life. i would be substantially better off if my pares snuffed it today, rather than in 30 years.

Hmm...
In no particular order:
Japan
Australia
China
Chile
Egypt
Croatia
Netherlands
Belgium
India (more specifically Goa)
Canada
Peru
Revisit:
Czech Republic
Germany
England
Russia
USA
Spain
Domesticated: what do you plan to do in Norway? Which time of the year will you be here? Are you planning on seeing the midnight sun, aurora borealis, the fjords and ?
Or is it just 1 day in Oslo "I've been in Norway, polar bears roam the streets and offer you pot when you exit the train station of Oslo"-type of "visit"? |

I will freely admit that I am a hedonist and that 'human interest' places where you can experience abject poverty and disease do not appeal to me. However I have great respect for people like yourself that are willing to put themselves in these situations.
Obviously not all parts of India and Africa are like that - but I generalised for the sake of simplicity. |
