Whats Digweed done recently?(I really dont know) and I honestly dont find his music danceable or anything.
Bobina just came out with a pretty decent album not too long ago(save for some cheesy tracks) and a really great remix album, and I can atleast dance to his music

if you want to see how rigged the dj mag results are, compare some of the djs scores on http://nextbigsound.com which adds up all your friends and traffic on social network sites. its a joke, compare roger shah to anyone. this is a true sign of how interested people are in these djs.
