Fixed imo.
Yearly polls cannot be "trends" because the population voting in these polls is not a representative sample of the population listening to EDM and going to clubs.

i've been thinking about this poll a lot, and i can't understand why markus schulz didn't go up the rankings. toronto 09 was amazing, his essential mix was amazing, his live sets have been insane - i saw him in new york in feb 09, at global dance festival in denver, at electric zoo in new york, and his dakota album was crazy. how the is dead5hit better?
anyway, i've only followed this poll for the past 4 years, and i think this is the last year i'm going to be looking out for it. the commercialization of EDM ruined it in the late 90s, and its doing it again. oh and the hipsters.

How hard is it to understand that this poll has absolutely nothing to do with who's better or who's worse than someone else? It's all about marketing and popularity.
