Have to write a paper, out of ideas. HALP

I have to write a 2-5 page (double spaced) proposal on how to make American teenage drivers safer. I've contrasted the system and requirements here with examples from other countries, talked about how in the US you basically read a book and hope you practice before your driving test, talked about fatalities here with underage drivers and all that stuff.
I only have 1 1/2 page. I'm out of ideas. Fffffffffuuuuuu. |

| somewhere in the middle of your paper, just write a couple of sentences about angry ducks or chics with glasses leaning on poles and smiling.... something along those lines. i don't think the professor reads all the papers front to back. :p |

| How about a follow-up 'continuing education' program that teens must complete after getting their licenses. Let's say 20 hrs worth of training within the following year. |

Require six month drivers ED with a state certified and credited driving school for student drivers, NC does this.
Give a probational period of a year, if you receive a ticket you loose your license for a year.
Just think about all the things teens get in trouble for driving and be a nazi about it. Act like your the pig.

Longer pre-driving period, up to 5 years instead of 6 months. My dad taught me how to drive when I was 8 years old, mostly on dirt roads, but I've never had an accident. Basically as soon as you are big enough to see over the steering wheel and can reach the pedals parents should legally be able to train you how to drive.
Edit: also driving simulators, just like a flight simulator, you have to clock a certain amount of hours in it before you can take the final exam. |
