Ok, the time has finally come...I've had my computer for almost two years now and I'm still using the same speakers that came with them. They're a 3 piece Boston Acoustic set (2 satellites and 1 woofer)...still sound good but I want to get one of the higher end systems now.
The Klipsch Pro Media 5.1's are VERY nice...but for close to $400 they're kinda out of my price range. :(
Are there any other good 5.1 systems out there that are in the $100-$250 range?
I was thinking about getting the Logitech Z-560's, a 4.1 system (400watt)Click Here for review.
I can get these for $136 USD (including shipping).
Also: What are your thoughts on wireless vs. wired? |

| klipsch is nice. I always just get altec lansing because its so cheap, and its a kick ass system and its all youll ever need. and if it busts who cares, it was 70 bucks. Bad ass sound though |

| Ya I'm thinking of getting that exact same Logitech set. By the reviews it seems like a good deal for the performance and price.:D |

sounds quite good too :)
hmm...haven't seen any wireless systems...does each speaker have it's own amp then? & do they run on mains or batteries?

hehe, i spent $380 on the klipsch promedia 5.1's. . .and i dont regret it one bit. :)
If you want cheap 5.1 speakers and dont care about analog, try to find a set of creative soundworks dtt2200's. they pack more punch than they look like they should. They are cheap as hell, but i think they are out of production. I am sure you could find a set somewhere though. |

My advice is to get the Creative Inspire 5300,which is a fairly cheap 5.1 system with great sound quality for the money you spend!
I mean you can enjoy great multi-channel sound and you can find them easily..plus they look great too and kick real in the bass!
Search a bit for them and i think you'll be satisfied!
