| girardi is a ing idiot.. his mistakes cost the yankees both games...he should have not let aj pitch the 7th.... and who the is marte? joba should have came in 7th followed by rivera either 8th or 9th depending on how good joba pitched. |

marte is a lefty specialist, i would have went with joba before hughes and hughes definitely missed his spot against vlad 0-2, he shoulda just stuck him with another duece in the dirt.
what i did notice last night about the yanks is that a good curve ball really quiets us down and timely pitching on our side needs to be stepped up, especially hughes - joba - mo into the 7-8-9.
The only phillies that scare me is lee potentially shutting us down if our switch hitters don't come through mainly the bottom of the line up like swish and melky (who has been hot lately) and of course tex in the middle really needs to break out. And the other philly is howard, pitching to him and werth back to back is similar to our tex arod setup, the only protection I like better is matsui.
Provided the yanks take game 6, i smell Yanks over Philly in 6 |

Ill make a small Philly wage if any takers. If you are going to Simon/Sean on 11/25 and the Phillies win, you buy my drinks up to $40 , if the Yanks win, Ill do the same. Or if you go to Activa on 11/13, the same applies.

I will bet you but I wont be there either time. I am sure I will see you in one of our rendez-vouz's :) I bet $20 because im poor from all these vaca's AND because the Yankees get too cocky sometimes!! |

besides burnetts first inning last night
yankee's starting and relief this post season has been on point
the yankees i feel will win 2marrow night they do have a good thing going on at the moment, plus they will have the crowd behind them
the losses they have arent bad losses at all they were very close games
as for the yankees offense matsui,texieria and swisher need to come threw big time with some hits, they havent done against the angels and thats not going to cut it either if they make it to the world seris |
