i'm pretty sure the photos were sent to the school official/principal or whatever. probably by another student who couldn't stand those sluts and wanted to get them in trouble.
and i especially lol'd at #35 in the factual allegations section of the complaint where it explains that the girls had to apologize to their coaches and it was "profoundly embarrassing". :stongue: omg the poor things are probably traumatized for having to admit fault and *gasp* APOLOGIZE!:eyes: |

I don't doubt that she felt threatened, but the mere mention that she will die at some point in the future cannot be reasonably interpreted as a threat absent some additional context suggesting that I might intend to have something to do with bringing about that eventuality.
