Hmm thats not bad but pretty obvious even by Guy J standards.
Still like that Micah version from a while back more.
I think that melody is so great there's a lot more you could do with it than just some token stutter effects and that double pump bassline.
Not that I could do any better...yet...lol |

I had to go look it up, still so good...the way the melody bubbles up and back into the bassline. Good prog.

| Micah already slayed it. Though I still want his swollen floor version. |

Yeah I pretty much agree, it's not bad but nowhere near as good as Micah's. It actually makes the song sound a bit like Wavy Gravy I reckon. |

| Both mixes sound very similar, but IMHO Guy put more heart and soul into his remix. |

| agreed. Guy J did put more heart into the mix. I really do love Guy though. Such a underrated artist. |

| Micah still for me, after all this time... who btw also really put his heart in the mix imo (it wasnt even an official remix) |

Ouf...agree to disagree.
Not only that but imo Guy J is way over rated. Digweed will not get off his jock now. His album was also pretty forgettable to me.
"Save Me" was an awesome track as far as big room stuff was concerned, but he has failed to branch out or surprise me since. |
