You mean you get all those updates on your e-mail? Aw, man, I'm really sorry for you, it must be annoying as hell! I started using Goodreads to keep track of my reading activity, and I think I must've read something like 40 books this year alone, so it's pretty much one book per week.
You can turn those updates off, you know?
