as far as i am concerned, tertiary education is free dress, and mini skirts are hardly the next coming of satan. its not 1960 anymore (except perhaps in brazil i suppose). |

I know this may sound shocking to foreigners, but Brazil is a catholic country and, even though we like to think of ourselves as hot and sexy, we just can't get rid of this moralist prude shadow.
