^ I used to love this remix of the track, which also was one of the first singles I bought. I remember being amazed by getting SIX versions of the track on the cd
i liked that one too!
this was one of the first singles i got back then ...
still my favorite cappella release, oddly enough..

Why doesn't anyone play La Bouche - Sweet Dreams? Or JX - Son of a Gun? Or Mr. President - Coco Jambo? Or Whigfield - Sexy Eyes? Or Culture Beat - Mr. Vain? Or Anne Lee - Two Times? Or Real McCoy - Another Night? Or Corona - The Rhythm of the Night? You see what I'm driving at here? Actually, I kind of miss the optimistic feel-good vibe of the 90s.
man, you just named a ton of ing fantastic tracks that i used to jam out to in elementary school. mr. vain, another night, the rhythm of the night.. lol! what about "be my lover" by la bouche?
and suddenly i realize why i get down with EDM- cheesey vocal dance tracks was all i listened to in elementary school :p

i don't know what you're talking about; this was a staple of my high school dances. terrible gimmick tune. if i were to hear someone play this in an actual club i might just walk out

I play it. It's my 28th most played track on Last.fm. I actually made two 80 minutes mixes of 90s pop-dance to play at parties, and What Is Love was in there.
Furthermore, we used to go to a 90s Night on Saturdays when I was at university, and we'd rave our faces off to all the stuff mentioned in this thread.

Haha. I've considered it before. I'm just working out the tracklists now. I'll post the tracklists up and see if people are interested.
stevö
does this count?
Mr Game+Watch
The stuff mentioned in this thread is what got me into dance music... I'd love to go to a 90's club night where they played a lot of these older dance songs.

Don't need to see the tracklist. I'm interested. :D
And yeah Robb, I've always said to my gf that the day we go see a DJ and he drops this tune I will go mental. I *might* be playing a long set on the beach in the coming months for a friend's bachelor party and if that ****** keeps his promise I'm definitely dropping this. :D
