I'm O+ too but, even though I've donated blood a couple of times, I avoid needles like the plague. As a matter of fact, there was the possibility of me going to the jungle this year, but I did everything I could not to go because I've been avoiding those bloody Yellow Fever shots since middle school... and I'm happy being alive as I am :p |

i'm fine with needles in the vein, but one time i sliced open my finger.
had to get a needle of lidocaine in the finger, a med student was administering it, and it took like 10 tries before it got numb. and this is on the tip of the finger.
hurts like no other. |

| That sounds weak. My veins pop right out and I always have ER nurses and techs mainlining my morphine for me, so I haven't had that problem too often. |
