True! I guess WE are getting dance music and electronic music confused. |

| I guess the point here is that a lot of people like really ty music. Thus reflected in the Grammy nominees each year. |

While it might not necessarily be good by your standards, it doesn't mean that she's not doing something right or it's good to other people. GaGa is a gold mine right now. While you might not think of her album as a DANCE album, I can totally see how it is one.
She's selling out stadiums right now, very few people can do that. I'm sorry, but most normal people don't know who Bad Boy Bill, Richard Vission or Crystal Method are. Yet, a lot more will know who Lady GaGa is. She's all over the radio. |
Once again, all that means is that she sells. She's a pop construct; people are buying the image, the appeal/lure of something that's controversial and really ing weird. They're not buying the music. |

I disagree. I think if you take her music and play it to people who do not know her - im talking about a younger generation like 4-7th graders who lets just say dont know her at this point - they might enjoy her music for what it is. I think the look and pop culture appeal BS is maybe from 7-11th grade - and morons after that point. |

Guetta or Ga Ga. They both had HUGE hits on the radio this year. Right now, Sexy Bitch is #1 of most Top 40 stations across the US. |
Laidback Luke is following in Guetta's footsteps and working with big hip hop acts right now, he might be having a Grammy nominee around this time next year. :D
At first i kinda thought he was selling out, but after talking to him about i guess i could understand why. |
