RIP dude.
The moment I saw him, I realized that he was troubled, and I'm sure that many of you felt the same way. However, as we are human, we chose to not act until it's too late. He needed some support and some of us failed to provide it. It's pretty evident that TA was all he had in his life. Let this be a lesson for all of us.
A month ago he wrote this in the Friday night thread: "Staying in every now and again isn't so bad....but I'm used to it now, not by choice tho...."

God bless your soul Raul wherever you are, and I hope you found that peace and love that you felt hid itself from you while on this earth. An awesome sense of humour, super cool guy, who was misunderstood...yet was able to understand others.
I'm torn...and don't know what else to say or even how to feel. I mean we weren't best of friends or buddies, but man...i knew u for 8yrs and we had some good talks over those years..about life..about love...etc.

I feel the same way Robbie. We were never best friends, but I'm deeply saddened by this. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and close friends. I truly hope that DA is able to see all of our posts and smile knowing that he truly was loved, even if he may not have believed it while he was on this earth. |

alright im gonna be honest.
this is minhaj, i was banned from here by Del a few years back and i had to make a new account pretend it wasnt me.
this really sucks cause i met Raul when he came up to toronto a few years back. he was one of the coolest guys iv met. we have had disagreements at times on music, but he still a cool guy to talk to.
whats even worst is that one time a few years back on MSN he told me that he was going to take his own life and i just ignored the comment like it was some ing joke.
i feel like .
RIP man
ps: if anyone from the TOTA cottage party a few years back still has the plow video, please post it in memory of DA. |
