I feel the same. I have never been one to *know* that there is an afterlife, but its at times like these that you *hope* that there is....and that he can see that people enjoyed his company and friendship (more than he probably thought they did) :( :(
I met him in Toronto and chatted with him via TA, and saw him as an acquaintance. But, knowing that he was in such a sorrowful state in his life, makes me so sad by todays news :( :( I hope he is at peace now.

I remember meeting him at the TOTA cottage party and then PR back in the day. It was fun times with him. Wow.
